  • Notes 
    • Samuel farmed at WILLOWIE from 1880-1890, MANNANARIE 1890-1895. Had a carting contract from TEROWIE to HAWKER until early 1900, then moved to BROKEN HILL and worked with horses at the central mine for many years. Returned to SA in 1924 driving his horse 'Minnie' and cart with his personal possessions from BROKEN HILL to his sons home at 'Ingleside' Meriton. Samuel lived here until his death in 1941. He is buried in the CRYSTAL BROOK cemetery. [1]
