Magill Old Folks Home
The Magill Old Folks Home was established in 1917 following long term problems with the existing agencies which cared for the elderly and the infirm. These problems ran back to the nineteenth century and had been known of and the need for solutions discussed for nearly twenty years prior to the opening of the home.
